The branch
nim-libp2p-auto-bump-unstablewas not getting autobumped because at one point of time in nim-libp2punstablebranch was renamed tomasterbranch. Since the workflow file depended onGITHUB_REF, it was instead updatingnim-libp2p-auto-bump-masterinstead ofnim-libp2p-auto-bump-unstable
