Rebase off ubuntu
- Now uses Google's ubuntu slim image.
- Use td-agent2
- Fix kubernetes-metadata plugin to working again
- Sumo output with better performance
- Move to sumo output from https plugin
- Collect journal logs for docker and kubelet
