feat: add csv-parse library for CSV handling in script runtime

Description

Added csv-parse libeary to the internal library, from the script csv-parse/sync was giving module not found error, so had to define it explicitly. this proabably need to be thought-through on how we can access csv-parse/sync without explicitly defining it.
