To setup privileges to change the wiki, considering that you're using 
MoinMoin, you should create a file in your home folder, ~/.moin_ids, and it
should look like this:

If the server needs Basic HTTP Authentication you can use something like:

This should be enough to be able to write changes to the Ubuntu wiki.
