UTC-179-C53 Consensus: Revise the decision of the earlier consensus 177-C27, removing the current Tangut Component-783 (U+18D8E) from provisional assignment, and moving Tangut Component-784 – Tangut Component-884 from U+18D8F..U+18DF3 to U+18D8E..U+18DF2 with names Tangut Component-783 – Tangut Component-883 as described in document L2/24-048 [Ref. Section 6 of document L2/24-068]
