Few updates beyond just new input files:

  • Set latest year to 2020 (not 2016)
  • Update tests and text to work with additional years in mangrove data

Notes for deploying this branch to prod:

  • Merge and create release as normal
  • Add the global_statistics.zip file from the repo to the shared/public/downloads folder on production (and delete the old zip file)
  • Run bundle exec cap production deploy TASK=import:refresh
