https://github.com/uma-arai/sbcntr-resources/issues/16でもコメントしましたが、p.230のCloud9のディスク領域の確保のセクションにて、resize.shが古いためかうまく動きませんでした。
エラーログ:
Provided region_name '<?xml' doesn't match a supported format.公式ドキュメントに記載されているresize.shにしたところEBSの拡張をすることができました。
