2.10 Observers and guests

2.10.1. Observers from all countries in the world, beyond the eligible countries for EJOI
so far, will be allowed to participate in EJOI but will not have the right to vote.

2.10.2. Competitors from all countries in the world, beyond the eligible countries for EJOI
so far, will be allowed to participate in EJOI, subject to approval by the host country, but
will not be part of the official ranking.

2.10.3. Both for the guest countries observers and for the guest countries competitors,
the host country will apply participation fee where the amount will be decided by the organizers.
