blogplus on Google App Engine/go

- download go appengine sdk (go1)
  https://developers.google.com/appengine/downloads?hl=ja#Google_App_Engine_SDK_for_Go
- extract zip and set the directory to PATH
- put go1 bin to top of PATH
  so, PATH=/path/to/go/bin:/path/to/go-appengine/google_appengine:$PATH

- install github.com/ukai/blogplus in src/github.com/ukai/blogplus
  export GOPATH=$(pwd)
  cd src
  go get github.com/ukai/blogplus

- edit
  - src/app.yaml (<- src/app.yaml.in)
  - src/gae/config.go (<- src/gae/config.go)

local test
- dev_appserver.py src

appspot.com
- register application id and set it in src/app.yaml, src/gae/config.go
- appcfg.py update src
