protobufファイルからコード生成するのをActionsでやるようにした
コミットを追加するが、Actionsのデフォルトのトークンのためそのコミットからテストは実行されない
やりたければPATを追加するかGithub Appsを作成する必要がある
また生成するディレクトリも変更した
あとgo.modをrootのみに配置するようにした
