deps: downgrade progressive-downloader to 1.0.7

Version 2.x has issues with bigger files, probably due to reading the whole file at once instead of streaming - quick patch to fix installation for some devices while we look into it (that's one of our packages too). Signed-off-by: Maciej Sopylo <[email protected]>
