Markup

Markup for breadcrumbs should be as follows:

   <ul class="page-breadcrumb">
      <li><a href="#" class="bc-home">UAlberta.ca</a></li>
      <li class="bc-current">Why UAlberta?</li>
   </ul>

Breadcrumbs should appear inline with title, as seen on the Why UAlberta? page. They should be placed in the title container.
