Download and run PalCalc.UI.exe, replacing any existing EXE if necessary. Pal Calc should be placed in its own folder, separate from other files.

When run for the first time, you may be asked to install .NET 9 from Microsoft. Otherwise, Pal Calc should never ask for elevated permissions.

Anti-virus problems?

If your antivirus interferes with downloading PalCalc.UI.exe, try PalCalc-NoBundle.zip instead. This contains an alternative build of Pal Calc which may be less likely to have antivirus issues.

Extract the full contents of the ZIP and run the PalCalc.UI.exe file it contains. When updating, replace all files with content from the new ZIP.
