Integrated Library System
Koha is a fully featured, scalable library management system. Development is sponsored by libraries of varying types and sizes, volunteers, and support companies worldwide.
For a long time, I've thought an ILS turnkey appliance would be super-rad! I've more experience with Evergreen-ILS, which is kinda like a sister to Koha. Koha, from my (admittedly limited) understanding, could be a lot easier create an appliance from.
Koha is not a wimpy piece of software, so it's best suited to a standalone appliance.
Debian packages are already available from the maintainers. Does that make it easier or more difficult to turn into an appliance?
