Foodsoft

Foodsoft is web-based software for non-profit foodcoops. It would be useful to have a virtual appliance for testing and, perhaps, deployment.

Based on Ruby on Rails, will be fairly easy to implement.

To be done for first release:

• Set foodsoft admin password from console
• Make sure email works

Ideas

• Allow to seed database for demoing
• Allow to reset database from console
• Allow to edit configuration and reload app (or wait for upstream to put config in database)
• Allow to select plugins and reload app
• Allow to select fork to run (foodcoops / foodcoop-rostock / foodcoop-adam)
• Update software from console
• Install resque-web
