Currently there is an engine class in the library, this appears to be a tool to assist with finite state machines. We should decide whether or not we want to keep this and properly document it. Or get rid of it altogether.

Is there any documentation on how it is supposed to work? I believe it hasn't been used, hasn't been documented, and hasn't been included in tutorials for years.
