Thanks, I already opened a branch in https://github.com/tudelft3d/City4CFD/tree/fix/docker-hotfix related to the issue so I'll try and merge there. |

This should fix the compile time CGAL conflict with version incompatibility and the typo for one of the dependencies in the README.md
