crazy amount of kernel config change here. Probably need to install this on real hardware to see if it breaks anything. |

@yocalebo Testing never hurts, but I really doubt it will have any reasonable coverage. And we also jumped whole kernel almost a year forward, so I find hard to call this "crazy". That is why we do it 4 months before release. |

This PR pulls in Debian config for Linux v6.12.5 as base config that will used to build TrueNAS SCALE kernel.
Custom build artifacts are present here. CI failures look unrelated.
