Movement and Foundation

The concept of the Montelibero project notes that this is not only a movement of the same name, aimed at turning Montenegro into the freest and most prosperous country in the world, but also a crypto-investment MTL in the form of a DAO that aims to accelerate the achievement of the movement's ambitious goals by implementing various social and commercial projects and providing income to participants.

Participation

Everyone can join this DAO. A special bot in Telegram @MyMTLWalletBot allows you to simplify this process as much as possible, with the help of which you can create a crypto wallet for yourself in a couple of clicks, integrated both into the offline community in Montenegro and into the global cryptocurrency market. Anyone can also request us a small portion of the Fund's share tokens in order to understand "how it works" from the inside. To do this, just send a request to the support chat bot @mtl_helper_bot, providing the public address of your wallet and the MTL code word. If you have already received a free token or purchased it yourself, request an invite link to enter the private chat of the Fund's shareholders.

Each holder of MTL tokens also has access to a special forum website Veche, where MTL Fund shareholders freely propose initiatives to manage the Fund and its assets and vote for them with their blocks of shares.

Profit

Depending on the financial results of the Fund, all holders of the MTL token are paid monthly dividends in EURMTL (stablecoin to euro) and SATSMTL (stablecoin to satoshi), which you can change at the current rate at any time and withdraw to XLM or USDC (stablecoin to dollar) on the Stellar exchange or to any other assets on p2p site. To receive dividends, do not forget to open lines of trust to the specified stablecoin tokens.

Management

The twenty largest shareholders of the Fund are members of the Board of Signatories, which manages it through multi-signature. Its current composition can be seen in the blockchain, on the Fund's main account page. At the same time, each shareholder, while maintaining full control over his assets and dividends, may at any time delegate his representative to the Board of Signatories, transferring to him the “voting power”. You can do this yourself according to the instructions published on the site, directly through the bot @MyMTLWalletBot or request via the support chatbot.

Any shareholder or participant in the movement may also become involved in the work of the Fund's executive management body, its Distributed Board.

Участие

Каждый может присоединиться к этому ДАО. Максимально упростить этот процесс позволяет специальный бот в Телеграме @MyMTLWalletBot, с помощью которого можно в пару кликов создать себе криптокошелёк, интегрированный одновременно и в офлайн сообщество в Черногории и в глобальный криптовалютный рынок. Любой желающий может также запросить у нас небольшую порцию токенов-акций Фонда, чтобы изнутри понять «как это работает». В зависимости от финансовых результатов Фонда всем держателям токена MTL ежемесячно выплачиваются дивиденды в EURMTL (стейблкоин к евро) и SATSMTL (стейблкоин к сатоши), которые вы в любое время можете поменять по актуальному курсу на XLM или USDC (стейблкоин к доллару) на бирже Stellar или на любые другие активы на p2p-площадке. Чтобы получать дивиденды, не забудьте открыть линии доверия к указанным токенам-стейблкоинам.

Управление

Двадцать крупнейших акционеров Фонда входят в Совет Подписантов, который управляет им посредством мультиподписи. Её актуальный состав можно видеть в блокчейне, на странице основного аккаунта Фонда. При этом каждый акционер, сохраняя полный контроль над своими активами и дивидендами, может в любой момент делегировать своего представителя в Совет Подписантов, передав ему «силу голоса». Сделать это можно самостоятельно по инструкции, опубликованной на сайте, непосредственно в боте https://t.me/MyMTLWalletBot или запросом через чат-бота поддержки.

Любой акционер или участник движения может также включиться в работу исполнительного органа управления Фондом, его Распределённое Правление.
