This PR adds enables the station *Barletta Scalo*. It also marks *Barletta Centrale FNB* as suggestable, as Ferrotramviaria services can be bought between those two stations. Finally, *Barletta* (the station where all long-haul trains are leaving) has been marked also as a city as it has more than one child station.
