Accordion Menu and Travis script fixes

Fixed bugs:

• Fixed an error where the accordion menu shortcode was calling the incorrect walker class
• Fixed gulp phpcs and travis script so they correctly exclude the 'wpcs' and 'php-codesniffer' directories used only for testing
