Maintenance release containing mostly bugfixes and performance improvements.

1. SRT subtitles actually work
2. ASS script sorting is preserved in the output
3. Fixed OS X and Linux support
4. Much faster WAV loading (by about 40%) with lower peak memory usage (up to 60%)
