[FX-4698] Update @toptal/davinci-syntax to remove axios

Description

fixes https://github.com/toptal/davinci-github-actions/security/dependabot/45

the vulnerable version of axios was used in the old segment library, so we have to update @toptal/davinci-syntax to get rid of Axios completely. The syntax package is used only for prettier config and it is only a dev dependency, everything should work fine.
