No, they were removed on purpose and they are useless as there are a lot of much more convenient instruments to view this data |

I suppose
seqnoandgetconfigwere unintentionally removed in refactor. Their translation strings still exist also they are useful,seqnooperates with wallet name which is nice, getconfig is also helpful
