Add supplemental glTF node definitions (AcademySoftwareFoundation#1054)

These nodes allow a user to stay with in the ecosystem defined by glTF. All exposed properties are directly mappable to and from glTF with only minor conversions to handle angle units (radians in glTF and degrees in MaterialX).
