Call update-desktop-database to refresh Oxide's application cache on install #700

This makes sure that applications will automatically show up in oxide when they only provide a draft file.

This is a good candidate for install hooks that packages can install to avoid having to repackage everything with new scripts.

update-desktop-database safely handles tarnish not running.

Opened koreader/koreader#11146 to alert the koreader team about the site being down as it's been all day and it's still down, and I didn't see another issue opened for it.
