Clean up workflow app #1056

Purpose

Clean up workflow with all modules and logic that we are not using.

We won't affect Mercy Corps because they work on their own fork.
The CE stays as a separated fork that we will maintain for security bugs or important stuff: https://github.com/toladata-foundation/TolaActivity
