I have forked this project and taken over maintainership of the extension on extensions.gnome.org. An update with compatibility for gnome-shell 3.20 is already in the process of approval. Hey guys,
I like your extension, but I missed a feature to get any feedback when new feed is available. So I did two things: The icon is replaced by an inverted one, and it's possible to get a main notification (I added an option for that).
