Issue: Tests are failing because:

import { shallowMount } from '@vue/test-utils';
^^^^^^

SyntaxError: Cannot use import statement outside a module

Solution: Re-write the entire codebase to use EMS and change the package.json to "type": "module"???

yeah, I ain't got time for that right now. Cool idea though
