Release 0.0.7

Some minor fixes that will probably not affect any actual users (but that are important for the future...).

Note that retrying the installation doesn't seem to actually fix the problem of devmode_enabled not being recognized on recent webOS versions. If someone would like to determine exactly how it's detected (and why restarting appinstalld doesn't pick it up), I'd really appreciate it, as I don't have the time.
