Overview

This PR replaces deprecated runner linux-amd with new RunsOn runners.

Why This Change?

  • Our old kubernetes hosted runners are reaching end of life. We have migrated since then to dedicated EC2 runners.
  • The new runners are more efficient and cost-effective.
