  2. Hermit upgrade tuc and trh to 1.3.0; add digests 

    Run the following commands to get things updated

```bash
. bin/activate-hermit
hermit install tuc-1.3.0 trh-1.3.0
hermit upgrade tuc trh
hermit manifest add-digests bin/packages/trh.hcl bin/packages/tuc.hcl
```
