Add support of remote signing with Cloud KMS managed OTA signing keys. This feature is supported in trh v1.2.1.

Fix quotes in eval commands.
Add test jobs for remote signing key management.
Add example steps for configuring workflows for remote signing. Also move away from using the /tmp directory in sample code.
