Legal Documentation Web App

Introduction

Welcome to the Legal Documentation Web App! This web application leverages the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to simplify the process of drafting legal documents and petitions across various legal categories. It aims to provide a user-friendly and efficient platform for individuals and professionals to generate legal documents with ease.

Getting Started

To run the project locally, follow these steps:

Prerequisites

  • Node.js: Ensure you have Node.js installed. You can download it from nodejs.org.

  • Python: You'll need Python installed on your system. Download it from python.org.

Installation

  1. Clone the repository to your local machine: git clone https://github.com/yourusername/legal-doc-web-app.git

  2. Navigate to the project directory: cd legal-doc-web-app

  3. Install Node.js dependencies: npm install

  4. Start the Node.js server: nodemon server.js

  5. Run the Django framework: python manage.py runserver

  6. Access the web app in your browser at http://127.0.0.1:8000/

Features

  • AI Category Classification: The web app uses AI to classify legal categories based on user input through a search bar and within forms.

  • Document Generation: Users can enter personal details, and the app automatically drafts the required legal petitions in a downloadable PDF format.

  • Premium Services: For premium users, there is a payment portal to generate government-approved, stamped paper-based petitions, enhancing document credibility.

  • 1-to-1 Customer Support: Immediate customer support ensures users can promptly resolve issues and navigate the platform seamlessly.

  • Legal Consultation: Users can book appointments with experienced lawyers through the platform, enhancing accessibility to legal expertise.
