feat: Add support for opensearch and eventbridge datasources #57

Description

Adds support for Opensearch and Eventbridge data sources.

Motivation and Context

This extends the module to add support for opensearch (released in aws provider version 4.64.0) and eventbridge (released in aws provider version 4.589.0)

Breaking Changes

This does not introduce a breaking change. I believe these changes are backwards compatible.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • I have updated at least one of the examples/* to demonstrate and validate my change(s)
  • I have tested and validated these changes using one or more of the provided examples/* projects
  • I have executed pre-commit run -a on my pull request
