Purpose
The purpose of this addition is to make a demo mode that accomplishes the following:

disables all automatic driving actions
overrides shoot if it's commanded
slows down driving
slows down shooting

Project Scope
In demo mode:

slow down shooting
slow down driving
disable OTF and auto align
override shoot / make a state machine path that is very permissive in shooting
