  1. update ruRU DB 

    NPCDB
- updated, added the latest tables currently from vmangos, cmangos and zmangos.
- Bosses excluded (oops, I forgot to do this last time)

- Manually added several bosses whose names were changed, the previous ones were left for compatibility on old servers
