WinDynamicDesktop 1.3

Changes:

• Added a dark mode option in system tray menu
• Rewrote wallpaper change scheduler code which should hopefully fix some bugs
• Added option in config file to start app hidden without system tray icon
• It is no longer possible to run more than one instance of the app at once
