These commits automatically add the page type
maintenanceto the suggestion lists of the page editor and update the language files. There were two languages (Russian and Dutch) that only contained empty strings, these have been removed.This pull request merges Brendan's changes from last December and mine from yesterday. I updated the version number to 1.4 to reflect this.
