This is the second (or third depending on how you look at it) of the MetaGWASToolKit. The most important change is that it now works with SLURM.

What's Changed

  • Create CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md by @swvanderlaan in #23
  • Slurm conversion by @swvanderlaan in #26. For instance, one script is used to run the GWAS parser, harmonizing, and cleaner in one array job (metagwastoolkit.splitfiles.PHC.sh).
  • Added script to fix the headers in input cohort files (fixheaders.py).
  • Added a script to run VEGAS (meta.vegas.sh).

Notes on versions

Each version and release name will be based on places or characters of importance in one of the Dutch provinces. This one is named Willibrord after the famous first bishop of Utrecht.

The official pre-release of a toolkit to perform meta-analyses of GWAS. Further improvements are expected in the coming weeks running up to the upcoming ASHG meeting.
