`dev` branch was updated from `slurm_edb`. Now we update the `master` with the changes - these are all related to the update from the `qsub`-system to the `SLURM`-system.

Here we update the development branch with everything from the master-branch. We will create a new more streamlined workflow, we will also replace certain
.sh-scripts with.py-scripts using thepolars/pandaslibraries which will increase speed, and we will deprecate several steps sinceGWASLabwill do that job better.
