add wemakedevs and hashnode swags

I've added an opportunity to get accessories and swags from hashnode by writing blogs on hashnode every week with #wemakedevs. This fixes #1072

The hacktoberfest label is added at the repository level, there is no need for it to be added to the pull request AFAIK.

You can find online guides on how to rebase, you can also merge the new version of master into your PR, or open a new one on the updated code directly. I made updates earlier today to the repository that need to be gathered in order to make the GitHub Actions build happy :)

It looks like it's due to Cloudflare rejecting requests from GitHub Actions. I will see what can be done.
