Execution of the various executables

Development of DacMcComposer requires knowledge about how to launch the individual executables. Below we provide information for each executable.

h3. Executing Fludag

$FLUPRO/flutil/rfluka [Required options] <inputfilename>
Required options:
  -N0          = Starting index of Fluka run (usually -N0)
  -M${number}  = Finishing index for the FLuka run 
  -e /path/to/mainfludag = Full path to FluDAG executable
  -d <h5mfile>  = full path to the tagged H5m file
