Assumption: 
Input files comes with one file at a time and data doesn't need to be saved in the database


to run all tests
    nosetests tests


THINGS I'D DO IF I HAD time
- not happy with the way I've used list for monthly and total investments, would rather have a separate class with list ???? 
Not sure, but just not comfortable with the way I've done it
