* add service to load lab results for user-defined labs * user-defined labs * update project config generated in ReviewPanel.vue, updated validations in Labs.vue, updated project creation/editing to handle user-defined labs, lots of debug printouts in console and UI * clean up debugging messages * bug fix with id labeling for aggregates in Labs.vue affecting default aggregates in ClinicalDataDialog.vue
