STT-63

Add options on when to render children.

Use cases:

  • an element inside children is being focused on mount, thus it only needs to happen after it expands.
  • performance-heavy components are used inside children - do not render unless expanded. An option is added not to unmount after it has been expanded to prevent losing state.
