How to install PyStruct

On Ubuntu:

apt-get install libopenblas-dev liblapack-dev gfortran
pip install numpy scipy
pip install scikit-learn pystruct

Using Ubuntu(or other Debian-based Linux distribution) is recommended, as it would be very painful to compile those native libraries on Windows.
