Version 1.0a: add some options to make it easier

This version adds some extra options which may make some seeds easier to beat.

They are:

/NOENEMYSHUFFLE: Disable shuffling of enemies. (This should make the secret level teleporter easier)
/STARTAMMO : Start with ammo.
/STARTPOGO: Start with the pogo stick.
/EXTRAPOGO : Add extra pogo sticks to the item pool.

Please experiment with them to see if any of them make the game more fun!
