Reharvest Metadata for Web Maps

Metadata for Web Maps need to be reharvested. We have curated a small set records for external (non-SUL) web maps and staged them here:
https://github.com/OpenGeoMetadata/shared-repository/tree/master/web-services

These records are indexed into EarthWorks, and are classified as "Web Applications":

This is not of high priority. However, a bibliographer has asked that we decommission a record that was present in our last harvest.
