Navigation bars Hovering property change

• Bug fix ( In the navigation bar there is an issue with hover properties )
• New feature (Navigation bar's hovering property bugs are fixed )
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

###Summary
Issue with the navigation bar is that while hovering the nav bars the hovering properties were not working. I resolved this issues. (bg-hover-gray-100). now. I'm started learning html,css, js, this contribution have helped me with learning how the properties can create such bugs and how it can be corrected in this project. Hope my contribution helps.
